Cortex AIF ("the Platform") is an AI-powered business idea analysis platform operated by Cortex AIF. The Platform generates scored investment analysis reports based on user-submitted business ideas, using artificial intelligence, web research, and financial modeling.
2. Important Disclaimer
Cortex AIF is an informational tool only. Reports generated by the Platform do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or any professional recommendation. All analysis is AI-generated and should be used as one input among many in your decision-making process. You should consult qualified professionals before making any business or investment decisions.
3. User Obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your business idea
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms
- Not resell or redistribute reports generated by the Platform as a commercial service
4. Payment Terms
The Platform offers one-time analysis reports at the following price tiers:
- Hypothesis Check — $19 USD
- Scout Channels — $29 USD
- Full Investor Report — $97 USD
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in US Dollars and are charged at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
5. Intellectual Property
Analysis reports generated for you are your property. You may use, share, and distribute your reports as you see fit. The Platform itself — including its algorithms, design, code, and branding — remains the intellectual property of Cortex AIF and may not be copied or reproduced.
6. Limitation of Liability
All analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, incomplete data, or errors. Cortex AIF provides no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report. In no event shall Cortex AIF be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on any report.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

8. Refunds
