Refund Policy

Nature of the Service
Cortex AIF provides AI-powered business idea analysis reports. Each report is a unique digital product generated specifically for your submission using proprietary algorithms, real-time web research, and financial modeling. The analysis process begins immediately upon purchase and consumes significant computational resources.
Important: By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate generation and delivery of your analysis report and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
General Policy
All sales of analysis reports are final and non-refundable. Once report generation has begun, the service is considered fully performed. This applies regardless of the analysis outcome (GO, CONDITIONAL GO, or NO GO).
An unfavorable verdict does not constitute a defect in the service. The purpose of Cortex AIF is to provide an honest, data-driven assessment of a business idea. A NO GO or CONDITIONAL GO verdict means the analysis is working as intended — it identified risks and issues in the submitted idea. This is the value of the service.
When We May Issue a Refund
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical failure: The system failed to generate your report due to a server error, and we are unable to deliver the completed report within 48 hours of purchase
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same analysis due to a payment processing error
- Report not delivered: The analysis did not produce any output and no report was delivered to your email or made available online
Refund requests based solely on disagreement with the analysis conclusions, the verdict outcome, or subjective dissatisfaction with the report content will not be approved.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the circumstances above, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with:
- The email address used for purchase
- The project name or description submitted
- A clear description of the technical issue encountered
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We review all refund requests fairly and respond within 3 business days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your access to the platform.
